What happens if there is bad weather?
Guest safety is the highest priority for Asia Blue Tours. If weather conditions are unfavorable or unsafe for sea travel, the tour may be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled. You will be notified as soon as possible should this occur. If the private charter is canceled due to weather, you’ll have the option to reschedule for another day or receive a refund in line with the company’s policies. Your comfort and safety always come first. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or underwater visibility during the charter and snorkeling activities, as these factors can change by the hour and are not necessarily as predicted by weather forecasts.
Is lunch included on the charter?
Lunch is not included with the charter but we do include light snacks, water and soft drinks. You are free to bring your own food and drinks on the charter. We can also arrange a Thai packed lunch for an additional fee.
Are taxi transfers included to and from the pier?
No, transfers are not inlcuded but we can arrange transport for you for an additinal fee or you can meet at our shop opposite Ban Tai Pier with your own transport.
