Open Water Diver and Enriched Air Diver Courses Include
- Knowledge Development (online, independent study or in our classroom).
- 5 Confined Water Dives at our on-site pool to learn basic scuba skills.
- 4 Open Water Training Dives.
- All required learning materials and dive equipment.
- PADI Open Water Diver Certification.
- PADI Enriched Air Diver Course and Certification.

Prerequisites
Please check that you can answer “NO” to the questions on the To signup for the PADI Open Water Course, or Junior Open Water Course, you must be at least 10 years of age, be in good physical health and have adequate swimming skills. Please check that you can answer “NO” to the questions on the Medical Statement before making your booking. No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary.
PADI ENRICHED AIR COURSE (Nitrox)
Included in this package is the PADI Enriched Air Diver Course, one of our most popular specialty courses. The course is classroom based and is incorporated into the PADI Open Water Diver Course. Scuba diving with Enriched Air Nitrox gives you more no decompression time, especially on repetitive dives. If staying down longer and getting back in the water sooner sounds appealing to you, then don’t hesitate to become a PADI Enriched Air Diver.
You’ll learn why diving with air that has higher oxygen and lower nitrogen content gives you more bottom time, along with enriched air equipment considerations. During a practical session, and two optional scuba dives, you’ll:
- Discuss managing oxygen exposure.
- Practice analysing oxygen content in your scuba tank.
- Set your dive computer for diving with Enriched Air Nitrox.
You will be using Enriched Air (Nitrox) on the last Open Water Dive of your PADI Open Water Diver Course.
